Stacy Geiger opened Geiger Law in 2017 after twelve years of litigation — thousands of depositions at one of Florida’s largest collection firms, years defending consumers against creditor lawsuits, and mass tort work across the country.
She built the practice around the thing clients kept telling her was missing: being able to reach their lawyer. The firm has grown, and that has not changed. You get a direct line, plain answers, and a realistic view of what your matter will cost before you commit to anything.
Today the firm includes a former New York homicide prosecutor and a personal injury attorney who learned how insurers fight claims by working for them first.
Meet the team“Great ladies, best pricing, and they will fight to help you in whatever your challenge is. The highest quality of service.”
“This is a law firm that truly cares about women’s rights and upholding the laws of this country. They have provided immeasurable caring and support to a family member going through a tough time.”
“Stacy went above and beyond to help me with my companies. I would recommend her to anyone who needs guidance and help.”
Three steps, no surprises.
1. Tell us what happened
Call or send a message. We will ask you a handful of questions and tell you honestly whether this is something we can help with — including when the answer is no.
2. Get a straight assessment
Where you stand under Florida law, the realistic range of outcomes, the likely timeline, and what it will cost. In writing, before you engage us.
3. We do the work
Filings, negotiation, mediation and — where it is needed — court. You will hear from us with real information rather than updates that say nothing.
Plain answers to the questions we get asked most.
