Attorney Stacy Geiger began her legal career in 2005 working for one of Florida’s largest collection law firms. During her tenure there she conducted thousands of depositions, appeared in numerous hearings and trials, and negotiated a great many settlements.

In 2009 she turned the tables and began working for one of the largest debt settlement firms in the nation, defending clients who were being sued over credit card debt, protecting them from creditor harassment and defending them against garnishment.

In 2010 Stacy began working for a Fortune 500 company as a contract attorney. Traveling the country on mass tort litigation sharpened her investigative and advocacy skills and broadened her experience considerably.

In 2017, while still engaged with the corporate world, Stacy opened the doors to Geiger Law, practicing in multiple areas of law in order to meet the real needs of the clients walking through them. The firm has grown substantially since and continues to make a positive impact in the community.

Stacy is a member of The Florida Bar and the Flagler County Bar Association, and is admitted in the Middle District of Florida. In 2018 she was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Family Mediator.

She lives in Palm Coast with her husband, two sons and her dog, Dreidel. Outside the practice she coaches with Palm Coast Little League, travels, and goes to Disney World with her family.

Andrea Burns Esq.

Attorney Andrea Burns has over twenty-five years of legal experience. She began her career in New York and Massachusetts in 1995 and 1996 respectively.

After law school Andrea was selected for a fellowship with Catholic Charities, providing immigration assistance to indigent clients and counseling individuals seeking political asylum in the United States. On completing that program she joined the Queens County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, where she served for twelve years.

In that role Andrea prosecuted criminal cases from arrest through hearings to disposition by negotiated plea or trial, and successfully brought to trial every type of case including narcotics offenses and violent felonies. She was promoted to the prestigious Homicide Trials Bureau, where she fought for justice and obtained murder convictions on behalf of victims who could no longer speak for themselves.

In 2008 Andrea relocated to Florida to be closer to family and moved into mass tort litigation, traveling the country extensively on behalf of two corporate clients. She joined Geiger Law in 2021 and is glad to offer her expertise to her own community.

Andrea lives in Palm Coast with her husband, two sons and their dog, Otis. When she is not practicing law she enjoys cooking, going to the beach, and spending time at Disney with her boys.

Zachary Von Roenn Esq.

Zachary Von Roenn hails from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he obtained his undergraduate degree. In 2003 he moved to Jacksonville, Florida to attend law school, graduating from Florida Coastal School of Law and passing the Florida Bar in 2006.

While in law school Zachary clerked for an insurance defense firm, where he learned first-hand how insurance companies work to defend and discredit injury claims. That experience gave him the drive to represent the injured, and the insight he still uses on their behalf today.

For the last fifteen years Zachary has built a career centered on fighting insurance companies to protect injured parties. He is well trusted and held in high regard. Geiger Law is proud to have him serve as Of Counsel to the firm; he brings considerable experience and a personalized, tailored approach for his clients.

Brooke Oke

Brooke Oke joins Geiger Law with 19 years of experience as an educator, holding certifications in Reading, Exceptional Student Education, and English Language Learner support. She earned her undergraduate degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine, where she continues to live and serve her community, and later obtained a Master’s in Reading.

Before moving into the legal field, Brooke taught the children of the firm’s founders, building lasting relationships rooted in trust and mutual respect. That connection inspired her to bring her dedication to communication, family advocacy and child development into her role at Geiger Law.

Her background in education complements the firm’s commitment to clarity, compassion and personalized service, and strengthens its mission to guide families with both legal expertise and understanding.
